Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days.
Bikinis
We unfortunately do not offer refunds on bikinis, due to the intimate nature of these. Along with this, most bikinis are made to your specific measurements and therefore can not be on sold to another customer. However, if at all the garment is faulty or not what you ordered, we will do our best to accommodate you, with either a refund, exchange or a new garment made to your requirements. We offer refunds on bikinis if they are damaged or faulty when received, however if the product can be repaired this will be done first. You have 7 days from date delivered to lodge a request for faulty garments.
Connectors
Please remember these are the most delicate part of the suit. the same policy applies to the connectors as the bikini. Unless they have arrived damaged there is no refunds or replacements for broken connectors as they are easily broken if not treated with care. Our premium connectors are the best on the market, however if twisted and pulled, they will break.
If you break a connector, it can be replaced. However the custom will be charged for the connector, postage and a service fee.
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or lack of competing. So please choose wisely. We start work straight away on all custom bikinis, including but not limited to, our couture designs, figure suits and classic competition bikinis. If you decide to not compete, we will still dispatch your bikini to you based off of the date given on the order, or alternatively arrange a later date. By purchasing a bikini you agree to these terms and conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only accept returns on bikinis if your item is faulty due to the intimate nature of the goods sold. All returns must be returned with 7 working days.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
Competition Heels
We offer full refunds for our competition heels if they are the wrong size. If we do not have your size in stock we will order in the particular size you require. This can take up to two weeks due to our competition heels being a special order product, for some styles.
Please return your unworn heels, in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returned heels that have been worn and that are not returned in the original packaging will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed once we have inspected your item, and you will be refunded back to your original payment method. You will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the heels to us.
As we don’t offer exchanges, you’ll need to return your unworn heels to us and purchase a new pair if you choose to. Faulty heels need to be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Please take note of our care instructions for our heels. For faulty heels after 7 days, please email accentuatebikinis@gmail.com to discuss the fault.
Note, our heels are a delicate heel made from plastic. Please be aware that normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes strap breakage. Heels that have been stretched using a hairdryer void any warranty period.
We do not offer refunds on our jewellery, due to the intimate nature of these.
Competition Robes that are customised are non refundable or exchangeable, as they are a customised piece. Our plain competition robes are returnable and you will be offered store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In most cases, we will repair faulty garments and return to you, however if unfixable you will receive a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
